New Frontier Feedlot | Dublin, Texas
As New Frontier Feedlot expanded, the operation needed a waste-management system that could handle greater volume while supporting its sustainability goals. Pipping Concrete traveled to Texas to construct a 362-foot double DVO anaerobic digester reinforced with 2,800+ yards of concrete and 240 tons of rebar. The completed system supports efficient manure management, renewable energy production, and long-term operational resilience.
Ocooch Dairy | Hillsboro, Wisconsin
As Ocooch Dairy grew, its manure storage needs grew with it. After constructing the farm's first 4-million-gallon tank in 2020, Pipping Concrete returned in 2025 to build a second large-scale round concrete waste storage tank. Together, the two systems provide more than 6 million gallons of usable storage while giving the farm greater flexibility for nutrient management, hauling, and future growth.
