The Solution: A High-Capacity Round Concrete Storage Tank
Pipping Concrete brought 40 years of agricultural concrete experience to the project, constructing a large round manure tank built for high-volume animal waste storage and long-term farm use.
Round agricultural waste tanks are commonly selected because their configuration supports more effective agitation and helps reduce material buildup. This can make pumping, emptying, and ongoing storage management more efficient and cost-effective over the life of the structure.

The Results: More Than 11.5 Million Gallons of Added Capacity
With construction complete, R Acres now has more than 11.5 million gallons of total capacity for animal waste.
That capacity gives the operation more breathing room to manage stored manure around weather, field conditions, and the broader farm schedule. Properly sized storage is intended to provide this kind of operational flexibility, reducing pressure to empty a system during unfavorable conditions.
